Carol Hushman joined The Dennison Capen Group in 2008 after working as a Real Estate Broker on her own, and now runs the group’s Buyer Agency portion of the business. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Carol worked for over 10 years as the Development Manager for SMART (Start Making a Reader Today) in the Portland metro area. Carol’s wonderful personality, knowledge of neighborhoods, and her negotiation and project management skills make her a personable, effective and knowledgeable Buyer’s Agent, helping clients find the right home or investment property with the help of her team, and managing their transaction from start to finish. Carol prides herself on the support she provides before, during and after a transaction is closed.
