Our foray into the world of real estate began in 1993 with Jeff working in the mortgage industry where he was also licensed as a real estate agent. After working in the corporate world, Jeff decided to follow his passion for real estate and formed The Dennison Capen Group, INC along with his partner Kira Dennison who functions as the Strategic Marketing Coordinator. In 2007, Carol Hushman joined our group after 12 years of fundraising with SMART and is now our Lead Buyer’s Agent. Suzanne Stevens added to the group’s strengths in 2010 when she joined the group bringing her 14 years of licensed Real Estate Brokerage experience, and is now our Listing Coordinator and Assistant. Karrie Ruby is also licensed and functions as our Transaction Coordinator on the Buyer side of the fence. We are thrilled to have all our team members supporting our clients in the various areas for which their skill sets are most suited.
