Jeff is the Principal Broker of The Dennison Capen Group and a Certified Distressed Property Expert. He is responsible for both the Buyer and Seller Agency his team provides it’s clients. Jeff brings more than 21 years of business practice, negotiation, and marketing experience to his investment and residential real estate clients, and was first licensed back in 1995. The success of his referral-based business depends on the value he offers before, during and after a transaction. In addition to being in the top 1% of Remax agents in the state, Jeff was recently awarded the 2010/2011 Five Start Award for client satisfaction. While focused on supporting his clients’ home ownership goals, Jeff is also committed to maximizing his clients’ real estate investment goals. A large part of The Dennison Capen Group’s practice centers around investment real estate. Jeff and his team work to frame both short and long term strategies to complement their clients’ general investment objectives, to help their clients begin to think about real estate as more than just home ownership, and to help build a well thought out plan for approaching retirement.
