Suzanne Stevens has been licensed for over 14 years and assists The Dennison Capen Group as the team’s Assistant and Listing Coordinator, working with the group’s Sellers to get their homes on the market and developing our marketing to do so, while also supporting Carol Hushman and Jeff Capen on the Buyer side of the business.
As a seasoned veteran Suzanne is capable of handling every facet of the business, but typically remains behind the scenes making sure that all is as it should be. She is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert and knows the ins and outs of working on both Short Sales and Bank Owned Business or REO, as it is commonly referred to. Her abilities enable her to be there for our clients regardless of what may come up, so you will likely meet her during a home or investment purchase or sale.
